He is survived by: his wife Judith Kastner (Decker); his children, Albert P. Kastner (Skip) and Tiffany Kastner; his grandson Colton James; his son Skip; and his siblings, W. Roy Kastner (Christine), Margaret Snyder, Madeline Kastner, Daniel Lackman and Susan VanAlstyne.
