He was predeceased by: his brothers, Anthony "Buddy" Palladino and James "Jimmy" Palladino; his cousin John "Jack" Paladino; and his parents, Antonio Palladino and Antoinette DeSalvo Palladino.

He is survived by: his wife Betsy Goold Palladino of Chatham Center; his children, Scott (Kathleen Shaw) and Joanne (Ralph Mitchell); and his grandchildren, Chelsea, Cassidy and Carissa Palladino.
