He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Dowd and Marjorie Dowd; his parents-in-law, Bernard and Margaret Moore; his sister Donna LaMere; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Jones, Barbara Dowd, Karl and Hulcy Ashline.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Moore; his children, Shannon (Daniel Legacy) and Troy (Jennifer Dowd); his granddaughters, Kristin, Cameron Poupore and Bailey Dowd; his great grandchildren, Maci, Wyatt, Simon, Mea and Railey; his brother Robert Dowd; his siblings-in-law, Lawrence, Tina Ashline, Marcia and Nancy Ashline; and his pet Angel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made to the Lyon Mountain Volunteer Fire Department or the Ellenburg Center Volunteer Fire Department.
