He is survived by : his wife Cynthia Secore; his children, Carla Kelly (Jeffrey) of Plattsburgh, Vickie Racine (Allen) of Champlain, William John Helm Jr. of Plattsburgh and Weena Dibble of Vermont; his grandchildren, Ashley A. Helm of Chateaugay and Curtis W. Helm (Brittnie) of North Bangor; his great grandchild Christopher William Francis Helm; his daughter-in-law Diana Collins (Tavernia); and his brother Jimmy Helm (Sandra) of Brushton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
