He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Perham and Elsie Perham (Peck); his former wife Sandra Mills; his wife Sandy; his sons, Tad and Jesse; his grandchildren, Meghan, Kyle and Andrea; his siblings, Margaret, Francis and Janice; and his close friend Thomas Cosgrove.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Beaudette (John) of Canton, NY and Penny Hill (Donald) of Chateaugay, NY; his grandchildren, Tyler, Joseph, Aimee, Jacob, Daniel, Brandon, David, Sophie, Alexsandra, Kayla, Lindsay, Paige, Hannah, Kevin, Timothy and Brianna; and his sisters, Jenny Tipping, Carolynn Tucker and Susan Dupraw. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
