She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Fall and Bessie Fall (Rushford); her husband Neil Cook; her siblings, Robert R. Fall (Bob), W. Carl Fall, Gary J. Fall, Kenneth Fall and Nancy Palmer; and her son-in-law Douglas Maynard.
She is survived by : her children, Linda Cook Dammann of Contoocook, NH, Lorrie Maynard of Chateaugay, Randall Cook of Chateaugay, Neil "Chip" Cook (Cathleen) of Chateaugay and Thomas Cook (Melissa) of Chateaugay; her grandchildren, Katherine Burke (Alex), Joseph Dammann (Gina), Madeline Cowan (Zach), Conner, Anson, Peyton Cook, Christopher Cluff and Morgan Johnston; her great grandchildren, Riley Cook and Oaklynn Patterson; her sister Michelle; and her siblings-in-law, Marvin Montgomery, Jean, Kay Fall and Jim Palmer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
