He is survived by : his mother Doris Cook (Gallien) of Chateaugay; his grandson Lincoln Scott Cook; his son Zachary; his daughter-in-law Courtney Cook of Chateaugay; his grandson Lincoln Cook; his siblings, Eric Cook (Francine) of Chateaugay, David Cook of Bangor and Tammy Cook of Cambridge, NY; his niece Carissa Cook; and his nephews, Tarl and Easton Cook.
