She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. John E. McIntosh and Evelyn McIntosh (Butler). She is survived by: her children, John E. McIntosh Biondo, Roslyn Jane Yando and Vicky Lyn Biondo; her son-in-law Gary C. Yando; and her granddaughter Courtney Lyn Yando.
