Jeannette DuBrey Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jeannette DuBrey of Chateaugay, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 9, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard LaPoint and Bernice LaPoint (LaFlesh); her sons, Christopher and Terrence DuBrey; her husband Ralph DuBrey; and her siblings, Sally Kline, Mary Rita Cayea, Barbara Collins, Howard Jr., Robert, Phillip, Albert, Francis, George, William and Thomas LaPoint.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon (Joseph LeClair) and Kim (Michael Chase); her daughter-in-law Jill DuBrey of Black Brook, NY; her sisters, Genevieve (John Mailloux) and Diane Shutts of Merrill; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Charland of Merrill, Jane McDonald (LaPoint) of Chateaugay and Vina Gonzales of Chateaugay Lake. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the St. Bernard's Church (10 Church Pond Rd, Lyon Mountain, NY 12952). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
Donations in Jeannette's memory may be made to Hospice of the North Country and Wounded Warriors.
