It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janice M. Roy (Chateaugay, New York), born in Earlville, New York, who passed away on September 22, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Perham and Elsie Perham (Ebare); and her brother Francis Perham (Peppie). She is survived by : her spouse Francis E. Roy; her children, Charles Roy (Rose) of Lowville, Michael Roy (Mary) of Garner, NC and Sonja Quinn of Brushton; and her siblings, Genieve Tipping (Dale) of Huntington, William Perham of Chateaugay, Carolyn Tucker (Wayne) of Barre, VT and Susan Dupraw of Mulberry, FL. She is also survived by six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Hospice of the North Country, Malone or the Potsdam Humane Society.
