He is survived by: his wife Donna Whitehead; his sons, Kevin Johnston of Peru and Kyle Johnston (Shelly) of Burke; his grandchildren, Jaelyn, Micalli, Ada, Dylan and Courtney; his siblings, Eleanor Quigley (Bob) of Malone, Donald Johnston of Burke and Richard Johnston (Sally) of Burke; his brother-in-law J. B. Whitehead; and his close friends, Donny and Nancy Gillette.
