He was predeceased by: his parents, John Perry and Hattie Mae Perry (Hill); his siblings, Clifford Perry, Maurice Perry, Dorothy Perry, Phyllis Nichols, Harrison "Bub" Perry, James Perry, Floyd Perry, Allen Perry and Ronald Perry; his father-in-law Robert Champagne; and his brother-in-law Gregory Champagne.

He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Champagne; his children, Brett Perry of Charlotte, NC and Bridgette Pirro (Peter) of Fairport, NY; his grandsons, Henry Perry, Cooper, Paxton and Camden Pirro; his sisters, Shirley Boyea of Malone and Betty Fassett of Malone; and his mother-in-law Jeannette Champagne of Malone.
