He was predeceased by: his parents, Omar S. Dibble and Ora T. Dibble (Onelle); and his brothers, Larry and Robert. He is survived by: his children, Carlton Dibble, Brian Dibble (Lori) and Carla Francis (Peter); his grandchildren, Amanda, Nicholas and Rachel; and his brother Roger Dibble. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
