We are sad to announce that on December 18, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Phyllis J. Wesley (Chappaqua, New York). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Frank Wesley and Mildred Wesley of Mount Kisco. She is also survived by two nieces, five nephews, five grandnieces and two grandnephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests any donations to be sent to the American Heart Association.
