He is survived by: his wife Kara Finnerty (Levy); his children, William and Marty of Chappaqua, NY; his sisters, Lori Annunziato (Richard) of Massapequa, NY, Mariann Duffy (John) of Massapequa Park, NY and Kerry Finnerty (David) of Carlsbad, CA; his sister-in-law Jill Grazioli (David) of New York, NY; and his nieces and nephews, Daniel, Ryan, Matthew Annunziato, John Duffy, Braden Black, Brady Grazioli, Kailyn Duffy and Lily Grazioli.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jim's name to Maria Fareri Children's Hospital.
