He was predeceased by: his son Edward John Foley. He is survived by: his wife Genevieve Foley of Chappaqua, N. Y.; his daughters, Theresa Ann Covais (Mark) of Pomona, N. Y. and Genevieve Flanagan (Ned) of Stratton, VT.; and his grandchildren, Meghan, Michael, Mark, Ned, Ian, Paige, Jack and Bridget.
