He is survived by: his children, AnnaMaria DeSalva and John DeSalva (Jill); his grandchildren, Anthony DeSalva (Julia), Daniel DeSalva (Emily) and Carol Palanzo (Roger); and his great grandchildren, Maria DeSalva, Grace DeSalva, James DeSalva and Jacob Palanzo. He is also survived by six nephews and four nieces.
