It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anne Elizabeth Agee Spurr (Chappaqua, New York), born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on February 27, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Arnold N. Spurr. She is survived by: her daughters, Mimi Gallagher and Cristy Dow; her sons-in-law, Joseph Gallagher and Brian Dow; and her granddaughters, Paige Gallagher, Caroline Gallagher, Megan Dow and Lilly Dow.
