He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph LaPan and Leona LaPan (Baker); and his siblings, Denise, Roger, Gary, Franchise, Diane, Charlie, Carol, Paul and Merritt.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his grandchildren, Felicia, Kyle, Stormi, Patricia Marie, Chris, David, Zachary, Kaiden, Madalynn, Brook, Jay, Alexis, Jamie, Corie, Breann and Brittany; his siblings, Pauline, Henry and Dean; and his siblings-in-law, Lenard and Connie.
