Teri Billiter Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teri Billiter of Champlain, New York, born in Litchfield, Illinois, who passed away on August 15, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Byron Billiter and Edna Billiter (Watkins); his significant other Tonya Lee Billiter (Hanke); his children, Brandi (Matt Lloyd) and Merritt (Jamie); his pet Truman; and also, Benjamin Lloyd, Gradie Billiter and Alice "Rosie" Billiter. He was also cherished by his parents, brother and two sisters.
