He is survived by: his wife Allisn; his daughters, Johanna O'Connor, Samantha Blain, Shana Manor and Jessica Blain-Lewis (Ehren); his grandchildren, Ciara Lemieux, Dalyce Manor, Emily Moore, Ethan Moore, Hannah Lewis and Owen Lewis; his sister Rita (Dan); and his siblings-in-law, Bill Conover, Elizabeth Brady (Dan) and Gary Lockwood (Joan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (86 Church St, Champlain, NY 12919).
