We are sad to announce that on April 22, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Rita Richard of Champlain, New York, born in Plattsburgh, New York. She was predeceased by: her parents, Irving Dominy and Edith Dominy; her husband Norman; her son David; and her brothers, Irving Jr. and Donald Dominy.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Pelkey (Robert), Norma LeClair (Herman), Carol Garceau (Richard), Theresa Davison (Jerry), Michael Richard (Chantal) and Kevin Richard (Sarah); and her sister Norma (Herman). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Her family would like to thank their sister, Norma and her husband Herman who were Rita's primary caregivers through two plus years of Covid.
