He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wayne and Lucille (Parrotte); and his significant other Barbara Ann Wilkins. He is survived by: his sons, John Wilkins (Sandra) and Bryan Wilkins; his grandchildren, Kylie and Ryan Wilkins; his siblings, Douglas Wilkins (Jackie), Dickie Royea and Barbara Patrie (Phillip); his brothers-in-law, Richard Cooke (Pauline) and Donnie Cooke; and his aunt Dede Lord.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ross Funeral Home (196 Elm St, Champlain, NY 12919).
Donations in his memory may be made to the North Country Honor Flight.
