He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Filion and Catherine Filion (Miller); and his wife Paula "Lu" Filion (Bombardier). He is survived by: his children, John Paul Filion (Becky Dumas) and Rebecca Lynn Filion of Champlain; and his granddaughter Ashley Filion of Plattsburgh.
