We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Janet A. Carey (Champlain, New York), born in Chateaugay, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank LaFountain and Georgiana LaFountain (Senecal); her husband Bill Carey (Bill); her children, Georgiana, Frank and John; and her siblings, Arnold LaFountain, Cleo Scott and Rita Linney Hart.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Carey (Lawrence) of Rouses Point, Bill of Rouses Point, Anne Carey of Rouses Point, Dan of Rouses Point, Gail Carey of Rouses Point, Kate, Stan Desautels of Webster, FL, Rita, Mike Fay of Kingsport, TN, Jim and Kathy Carey. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
Masks and social distancing will be required.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Mary's Church or the Champlain Fire Department.
