She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Ducharme and Aurore Ducharme (Lafontaine); her husband Alfred Babbie (Sonny); and her sister Helen LaValley. She is survived by: her children, Alan Babbie (Rosaline), Darlene DiBernardo, Donna Tallman (George) and Shirley Norton; her brother Girard Ducharme (Genevieve); and her grandchildren, Alex Babbie (Jen), Zach Babbie (Dawn), Sean O'Brian (Nikki), Ashley Letourneau (Corey), Natasha Tallman, Danielle Taylor (Ray), Eric Norton (Debby) and Stephanie Duke (Jon). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Meadowbrook Healthcare or the North Country Association for the Visually Impaired (NCAVI).
