With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bryan J. Hughes in Champlain, New York, born in Malone, New York, who passed away on May 29, 2021 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hughes (Jake) and Muriel Hughes; and his brother William (Billy). He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Hesseltine; his siblings, Brent and Betsy; his children, Carrie Hughes Hankins, Fred Hughes (Alyson), Todd Steenberge (Tracy), Michele Sullivan (Larry) and Jenelle Pachter (Jason); his grandchildren, Anthony, Meghan, David, Nathan, Lauren, Reid, Claire, Lindsey, Dylan, Marissa and Freddy; and his friends, Stewart and Race. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.

Donations can be made to the Malone Call Fireman Department and the Farrar Home Activity Fund.
