She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Emmett J. Bean and Bertha Goodell Bean; her spouse Russell J. Rossingnol; her daughters, Renee Brown (Dave) of Olean and Raquel Graham (Kevin Sinn) of Westmoreland, TN; her grandchildren, Alexander Weakfall, II, Ebony Graham, Kiesha Elliott, Bryanna Graham and Blake Sinn; and her siblings, Ronald Bean (Georgia) of Allegany, Kenneth Bean of Goshem, IN and Cindy Tillow (Robert) of Keokuk, IA. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
