He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Eileen Halcomb (Clennie) of Monroe, NY and Brian Reynolds (Mary Ann) of South Windsor, CT; his daughter-in-law Cassandra Hickson (Robert) of Manchester, CT; his siblings, Joseph Forlastro of Danbury, CT, Richard Forlastro of Danbury, CT, Robert Forlastro, Patricia Ludwig of Spring Hill, FL, Joan Deans of Danbury, CT, Mary Elizabeth Forlastro and Josylda Kopke of New Milford, CT; and his grandchildren, Reagan Anastasia-Lynn Halcomb, Brendan Reynolds, Logan Reynolds and Mackenzie Reynolds. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
