It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter L. Wood of Central Square, New York, who passed away on February 27, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Wood and Genevieve Wood; and his brothers, Leonard Wood and Roger Wood. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Lewis; his children, Kitty Giamartino (Albert), Cassie Wood and Geniece Monette (Mike); his siblings, Larry Wood (Kathy) and Marrie Nowack (Frederick); and his sister-in-law Donna Wood. He is also survived by grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
