He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Heer and Fern Barnes Heer. He is survived by: his wife Lynda J. Anderson; and his children, Scott, Samuel A. Heer and Shelley Turner. He is also survived by five grandchildren, a great grandson, several nieces and nephews.
