He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Ballou and Nellie Ballou; his wife Genevieve Ballou; his siblings, George Ballou and Margaret Rice; and his daughter Michele Ballou.
He is survived by: his son Michael Ballou (Darleen) of Central Square, NY; his grandchildren, Clinton Ballou (Amanda Billie) of Central Square, NY and Cortney Ballou of Central Square, NY; and his great grandchild Annabelle Ballou. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
