He is survived by: his mother Lucille Howell, Sr. (Palgrave) of Fairmount; his girlfriend Brenda Blake; his sons, David of Cato, Christopher of Syracuse and Scott (Jennifer Owens Howell) of Florida; and his siblings, Norman (Brenda) of Cato, Tammy Cappa (Syracuse), Phyllis Edwards (George) of Syracuse and Christina Howell of Fairmount. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Christ Community Church (3644 Warners Rd, Syracuse, NY 13209).
