She was predeceased by: her parents, Sallie T. Ramsey (Winningham) and James W. Ramsey; and her sister Mabel Bandoian. She is survived by: her children, Diana W. Sivers (Mike) of Ft. Worth, TX, Wayne A. Wheeler I of Memphis, NY, Mildred L. Eddy (David) of Lakeland, FL and Melodye A. Shampine (Jimmie) of Central Square, NY; and her siblings, James W. Ramsey, Jr. of Algood, TN, Myrtle Patterson of Cookeville, TN and Ina Moredock of Maryville, TN. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
