He is survived by: his fiancée Mindy Collins; his children, Zac, Brittani, Chelsey, Mikey IV, Logan, Kevin, Dominique, Grace, Isabelle and Bianca; his siblings, Myrna, Sheryl, Lou, Dave, Mark and Tim; and his grandchildren, Lennon, Lincoln, Mila, August, Atticus and Walker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
