He was predeceased by: his sister Angie Phillips. He is survived by: his son Chaz Kneer of Syracuse; his mother Melissa Kneer of Mattydale; his brother Earl Kneer; and his mother-in-law Virginia Knafelc of East Syracuse. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
