He is survived by: his son Shawn Perrigo (Irene); his siblings, Dave Childs, Linda Slyck, Virginia Lowe and Kathy Neigly; his grandchildren, Savannah Bates, Alyssa Wilson and Delano Perrigo; his great grandchild Isabel Bates; and also Max. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
