He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Richmond, and Edith Richmond, Sr.; his son James Richmond; and his sister Linda Richmond. He is survived by: his son Steven Webb of Syracuse; his girlfriend Sheila Fredenburg of Central; his siblings, James Richmond of Fulton, Steven Richmond of Fulton, Charles Richmond, Joy Richmond and Kathrine Cook; and his friend Patty Preeman. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
