She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Tower and Leona Tower (Monica); and her siblings, Daniel Tower and Louise Latocha. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Davey (Marty) of Moira, Dottie Hilts (Robert VanEpps) of Central Square, Debbie Bilbo (Rhonda) of Arizona Donnie and Cherie Racette (Steve) of Saranac Lake; and her brothers, Gerald Tower (Carolyn) of Syracuse and Allen Tower (Carolyn) of North Lawrence. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
