Moore of Central Square, New York, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on March 24, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Moore and Ella Moore (Morgan). He is survived by: his siblings, Donald Moore and Elizabeth Lanphear (Robert); his niece Alison Morgan (Jay); and his nephew Daryl Moore.
