It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Howard C. DeGroff of Central Square, New York, born in Oswego, New York, who passed away on November 25, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar DeGroff and Lucille DeGroff (Robarge); his former wife Adrienne DeGroff (Ottman); his son Douglas DeGroff; his wife Marlene DeGroff; and his stepdaughter Laurie Chivers.

He is survived by: his children, Cynthia McManus (DeGroff) of Oswego, Brian DeGroff of Oswego, Mark DeGroff of New Haven, Sharon Mandurano (DeGroff) of Fulton and Brenda DeGroff of Minetto; his stepchildren, Burnetta Bennett (Howard), Rhonda Woolson Snyder (Ralph) and Larry Woolson Jr.; and his sister Janet Upcraft of Scriba. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
