He is survived by: his children, Donna Winks and David Hoeh; his grandchildren, Brandi Kotlarz (Brian), Sarah Winks, Dustin Hoeh (Amanda), Kyle Winks, Ashley Hoeh, Adam Winks and Nathan Winks; his great grandchild Charlotte; and his siblings, Edna Francis, Charles J. Hoeh (Carol) and Thomas R. Hoeh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
