He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Rhines and Ruth Rhines Sr.; and his wife Barbara. He is survived by: his daughters, Joanne Macomber (Scott) and Denise L. Rhines; his grandchildren, Trina Taylor, David Taylor (Kylie) and Mara Macomber; his great grandchildren, Hayden, Hannah and Hailey Taylor; and his sister Patricia Dumers.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Watson Funeral Home (631 S Main St, Central Square, NY 13036). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
