She is survived by: her husband William Cook; her children, John Cook (Cayse) and Karen Ann; her grandchildren, Heather Schuss (Edwin), Thomas Tebidor, William Cook, John David Cook and Joseph Cook; and her great grandchild Hannah Mae Schuss.
