Babcock; his daughter Jeanne Anne Herholtz; his grandson Kiel Dudley; his siblings, Charles P. Dixon, Jr. and Nanine Newman; his wife Ellen Ruth Dixon (Scott); his children, Judith Dixon Dudley, Jo-Anne Wilson and Donald F. Dixon II; and his son-in-law Stephen (Beth Herholtz) of Warrenton, Virginia.. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
