He was predeceased by: his parents, John Perkins and Doris Perkins. He is survived by: his children, Tamara Turner of Columbia, TN, David J. Perkins Jr. of Williamstown, NY and Ronald Perkins of Palermo, NY. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
