He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Bertrand and Mary Bertrand (Riley). He is survived by: his wife Yolanda; his daughters, Ashley Stump (Michael) and Jessica Downey (Michael); his grandchildren, Hadelyn Ann Stump and Harrison David Downey; and his sisters, Theresa LaDuke (Clayton), Leta O'Donnell and Carol Carrigan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
