Cleland Riggleman Obituary

Cleland (Rick) Riggleman went to be with his Heavenly Father on Friday, after a long illness. His wife Donna and step-son Mark Connell were by his side. Rick proudly served his beloved America for 20 years in the US Air Force and worked 30 years at the US Postal Service He is predeceased by his oldest daughter. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Donna; his son Clay Riggleman, daughter Billie Riggleman and son Cleland Brian Paul Riggleman, step-son, Mark Connell; step-daughter, Michele Babcock; three children; several grandchildren, and his precious Westi, Brieona.
