She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Owen and Isabel Owen; her husband Leonard E. Baxter; her son John R. Baxter; her brother Robert; and her sister-in-law Genie Owen.
She is survived by: her children, James Baxter (Denise), Lynn Baxter-Elia (Jerry), Leonard Baxter and Mark Baxter (Nancy); and her sister Joan Davison (Wayne). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
