Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Neil Phillippi of Centerville, New York, born in Freedom, New York, who passed away at the age of 84, on October 24, 2021. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norris Phillippi and Vivian Chase Phillippi; and his brother Harold Phillippi. He is survived by: his children, Nathan Phillippi and Mandy Burkart; and his sisters, Ruth Morgan Glen (Howard) and Noreen Rose (Frank). He is also survived by three grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
